Pursuant to a notice posted on March 13, 2019, and permission granted on March 18, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Leach, at 10:02 a.m.
