On April 30, 2019, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence held on April 23, 2019. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 18, 2019, revised on April 22, 2019, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 23, 2019, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Leach, at 8:15 a.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Leach; Farrar; Krause; Meyer; Neave; and White.
