Pursuant to a notice posted on February 8, 2019, and permission granted on February 13, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 12:23 p.m.
