Pursuant to a notice posted on March 7, 2019, and permission granted on March 12, 2019, to meet while the House is in session, the House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 8:02 a.m.
