CORRECTED MINUTES
On May 14, 2019, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Land & Resource Management held on May 7, 2019. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 7, 2019, and permission granted on May 7, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Craddick, at 6:31 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Craddick; Muņoz, Jr.; Bell, Cecil; Leman; Minjarez; and Thierry.
A quorum was present.
SB 871
The chair laid out SB 871, companion to HB 1948.
Representative Bell, Cecil moved that SB 871, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
Ayes: Representatives Craddick; Muņoz, Jr.; Bell, Cecil; Leman; Minjarez; Thierry (6).
Nays: None (0).
Present, Not Voting: None (0).
Absent: Representatives Biedermann; Canales; Stickland (3).
