Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2019, and permission granted on February 19, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Larson, at 1:15 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Larson; Metcalf; Dominguez; Lang; Oliverson; Price; and Ramos.

 

A quorum was present.
