Pursuant to a notice posted on February 7, 2019, and permission granted on February 13, 2019, to meet while the House was in session during bill reading and referral, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Murphy, at 12:12 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Murphy; Vo; Flynn; Gervin-Hawkins; Stephenson; and Wu.

A quorum was present.
