Pursuant to a notice posted on March 20, 2019, and permission granted on March 26, 2019, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Murphy, at 8:05 a.m.
