Pursuant to a notice posted on March 1, 2019, revised on March 5, 2019, and permission granted on March 6, 2019, to meet while the House was in session during bill referral, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, Senfronia, at 12:40 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Thompson, Senfronia; Wray; Coleman; Frank; Guerra; Ortega; Sheffield and Zedler.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

The chair reminded witnesses that by filling out and submitting their witness affirmation form they have agreed to give their testimony under oath.
