Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2020, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a work session and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Barbara Gervin-Hawkins, at 10:19 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Bucy; Gervin-Hawkins; and Toth.

 

The committee did not establish a quorum. The members present observed Texas Parks and Wildlife Department’s law enforcement activities for oyster harvesting at 806 S Main St, Seadrift, TX 77983.

 

At 11:15 a.m., on the motion of Representative Gervin-Hawkins and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
