CORRECTED MINUTES
On May 7, 2019, the House Committee on State Affairs authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on State Affairs held on April 18, 2019. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 18, 2019, the House Committee on State Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Phelan, at 12:17 p.m.
The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Phelan; Guerra; Harless; Holland; Hunter; King, Phil; Raymond; and Springer.
A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 1924.
Representative Raymond offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
