Pursuant to a notice posted on February 8, 2019, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Canales, at 2:02 p.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Canales; Landgraf; Bernal; Goldman; Hefner; Krause; Leman; Martinez; Ortega; Raney; and Thierry.

A quorum was present.

The Transportation Committee met to hear invited testimony on issues related to the committee’s jurisdiction.
