Pursuant to a notice posted on February 6, 2019, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Button, at 8:07 a.m.

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Button; Shaheen; González, Jessica; Goodwin; Johnson, Eric; Middleton; and Patterson.

A quorum was present.
