Pursuant to a notice posted on February 7, 2019, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Burrows, at 8:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Burrows; Bohac; Murphy; Noble; Rodriguez; Sanford; Shaheen; and Wray.

 

A quorum was present.

(Representative Guillen now present.)

 

The Chair made opening remarks.
