Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18, a public hearing of the Senate Committee on Finance was held on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.036, at Austin, Texas.

At 10:49 AM Senator Nelson moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.

Senator Nelson moved that SB 1 be left pending; without objection, it was so ordered.

 

Senator Nelson announced that Article IX posted for Thursday, February 14, 2019 would be moved to Wednesday, February 13, 2019, and the Committee would not meet on Thursday.

 

There being no further business, at 6:42 PM Senator Nelson moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
