The chair called the meeting to order at 11:35 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The chair laid out as a matter of pending business CSHB 19.
Senator Perry moved the adoption of committee substitute for House Bill 19; without
objection, it was so ordered.
Senator Perry moved that HB 19 do not pass but that CSHB 19 be reported back to the Senate
with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a record
vote of 8 ayes, 0 nays, 0 present not voting, and 1 absent.
The chair laid out as a matter of pending business CSHB 123.
Senator Perry moved the adoption of committee substitute for House Bill 123; without
objection, it was so ordered.
Senator Perry moved that HB 123 do not pass but that CSHB 123 be reported back to the Senate
with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a record
vote of 8 ayes, 0 nays, 0 present not voting, and 1 absent.

Calendar; without objection, it was so ordered.
