Pursuant to Rule 1, Texas House Rules and pursuant to Rule 11.03, Texas Senate Rules, a public hearing of the Joint Committee on State Water Implementation Fund for Texas Advisory was held on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the hearing was held virtually.

Co-chair Senator Charles Perry called the meeting to order at 12:30 PM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

 

The following members arrived after the roll was called: Senator Juan Hinojosa

 

Invited witnesses testifying on the overall operation, function, and structure of the resiliency fund  are shown on the attached list. There being no further business, at 12:55 PM Senator Perry moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
