The Appropriations Subcommittee on Article II will meet in a formal

meeting to discuss House budget items related to Article II. The Subcommittee will be working on the Health and Human Services Commission, the Texas Civil Commitment Office, and the Office of the Inspector General.

As a reminder no public or agency testimony may be taken during a formal

meeting.
