The subcommittee on Articles I, IV, and V will meet to hear testimony on House Budget recommendations for the following agencies:

·                Department of Criminal Justice

·                Board of Pardons and Paroles

·                Texas Commission on Fire Protection

·                Texas Commission on Jail Standards

·                Texas Commission on Law Enforcement

·                Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission

·                Texas Department of Public Safety

·                Texas Division of Emergency Management

·                Special Provisions Relating to Public Safety and Criminal Justice Agencies

Public testimony will be taken and may be limited to five minutes.

Agenda items not considered during this hearing may be carried over to a future schedule.
