Relating to sources of funding and administration of the Texas emissions reduction plan.

Relating to the provision of solid waste disposal services in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of certain municipalities.

Relating to the creation of a defense under the Solid Waste Disposal Act for persons engaged in certain recycling transactions.

HB 4116        Zwiener
Relating to a voluntary financial assurance program for permit holders under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System.
