Relating to sale of returnable containers; creating a criminal offense.

Relating to the regulation of and permit requirements for certain facilities that extract, produce, or process aggregates and of related facilities by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Railroad Commission of Texas; providing administrative penalties and other civil remedies; creating criminal offenses.

Relating to a permit requirement for the land application of domestic septage.

HB 3319        Burns                  
Relating to the collection of soil monitoring samples from land application units where sewage sludge or domestic septage is applied.

Relating to requirements for certain air quality permit applications for aggregate productions located in the jurisdiction of a municipality.
