Relating to who may request a public hearing from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality related to the construction of a concrete plant.

Relating to the location of hearings relating to contested cases before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

Relating to best management practices for aggregate production operations.

Relating to the regulation of solid waste facilities; imposing a fee.

HB 3035        Zwiener
Relating to the relationship between the amount of an administrative penalty imposed by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the economic benefit of the violation to the alleged violator.

SB 892         Menéndez
Relating to the exhaust emission systems of certain diesel-powered motor vehicles.
