Amend SB 3 (house committee printing) as follows:
(1) On page 5, lines 25 and 26, strike ", including an innovative course,".
(2) On page 9, between lines 4 and 5, insert the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) This section does not apply to:
(1) an innovative course; or
(2) a course in ethnic or cultural studies.
