Amend CSSB 6 (house committee report) as follows:

(1) On page 15, line 19, between the underlined comma and "a defendant", insert "except on a showing of good cause of extraordinary circumstances and with agreement of the state,".

(2) On page 19, line 8, between the underlined comma and "a defendant", insert "except on a showing of good cause of extraordinary circumstances and with agreement of the state,".
