Amend CSSB 14 (house committee report) in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 83.002(c), Labor Code (page 2, lines 3-23), by inserting the following appropriately numbered subdivision and renumbering subsequent subdivisions accordingly:
(____) an ordinance, order, rule, regulation, or policy adopted for the purpose of protecting the health or safety of persons in the municipality or county during a disaster declaration made under the authority of the governor of Texas or the president of the United States.
