R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Walton-Gray Martin has ably served his fellow Texans
  as an aide in the office of State Representative Ann Johnson during
  the 87th Legislative Session; and
         WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Martin has provided
  vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks;
  in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public
  service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the
  issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Martin previously served in the office of State
  Representative Ryan Guillen; in addition, he has organized
  fundraising efforts for political campaigns and worked as a
  congressional outreach manager for Texas Impact; he is a graduate
  of The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a bachelor's
  degree in journalism; and
         WHEREAS, This noteworthy Texan has performed his duties as a
  legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is indeed
  deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore,
  be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
  Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby commend Walton-Gray Martin
  for his service as a legislative aide in the office of State
  Representative Ann Johnson and extends its sincerest best wishes
  for continued success in all his endeavors; and be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Martin as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
