R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Jose Flores is concluding his service with the Fort
  Bend County Constable's Office, Precinct 3, in 2021, drawing to a
  close an exemplary tenure with that agency; and
         WHEREAS, After beginning his career in Harris County,
  Mr. Flores joined the constable's office in Fort Bend County, the
  area where he was raised; over the course of a decade as a police
  officer, he has earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues
  and fellow citizens through his dedication to public service; and
         WHEREAS, In addition to his accomplishments in law
  enforcement, Mr. Flores enjoys giving back to the community as a
  volunteer, and he has plans to continue working in behalf of local
  residents by launching his own charitable organization; he also
  relishes the time he spends with his family and his two dogs, Bella
  and Harley, and his favorite pastimes include practicing at the
  shooting range, dancing, and barbecuing; and
         WHEREAS, Jose Flores has demonstrated a steadfast commitment
  to protecting and serving the public during his years with the Fort
  Bend County Constable's Office, and he may indeed reflect with
  pride on his many contributions as he embarks on the next exciting
  chapter of his life; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
  Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby congratulate Jose Flores on
  his outstanding service with the Fort Bend County Constable's
  Office, Precinct 3, and extend to him sincere best wishes for
  continued success in all his future endeavors; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Flores as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
