The bill would amend the Business & Commerce Code relating to certain interference with electronic mail messages.

According to the Office of the Attorney General, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated from the provisions of the bill.

According to the Comptroller's Office, the fiscal impact of the bill cannot be estimated.

It is assumed that there will be no significant fiscal impact to the state court system.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
