Amend HB 25 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 4, strike "BIOLOGICAL SEX" and substitute "GENDER".

(2)  Strike "biological sex" and substitute "gender" in each of the following places it appears:

(A)  page 2, line 9;

(B)  page 2, line 22;

(C)  page 2, line 23; and

(D)  page 3, line 1.
