Districts 4, 7, and 8 in Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Grimes, Hardin, Harris, Houston, Jasper, Jefferson, Liberty, Montgomery, Newton, Orange, Polk, San Jactino, Trinity, Tyler, Walker, and Waller Counties.
