R E S O L U T I O N

|
WHEREAS, Rule 5, Section 21, of the permanent rules of the |
|
|
House of Representatives of the 87th Texas Legislature allows the |
|
|
house, by resolution, to open the floor of the house during its |
|
|
sessions for public ceremonies as may be deemed warranted; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby grant permission for the floor of the house to be |
|
|
opened on October 2, 2021, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. for the Grand Lodge |
|
|
of Texas, provided that the house is not in session. |
