Fiscal Analysis
The bill would make supplemental appropriations to 15 state agencies for various purposes defined in the bill. The Coronavirus Relief Fund 325 has $16.3 billion available for appropriation. The bill would make appropriations of $2 billion in excess of amounts available for appropriation from the Coronavirus Relief Fund 325.
