System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.
Amend HB 323 (house committee report) on page 2, between lines 26 and 27, by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) The criminal justice division shall adopt rules requiring each law enforcement agency of a municipality to obtain recognition or become accredited as described by Subsection (b) not later than September 1, 2028. The criminal justice division shall implement a program to assist the law enforcement agencies in obtaining recognition or becoming accredited.
