Amend HB 816 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  Strike page 13, line 6, through page 21, line 1.

(2)  In SECTION 3.29 of the bill, strike Subdivision (4) (page 30, lines 15 and 16) and renumber the subdivisions of the SECTION accordingly.

(3)  Renumber the SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
