Amend CSHB 1900 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1) On page 2, line 13, strike "or".

(2) On page 2, line 14, between "(2)" and "before", insert the following:

for a fiscal year in which the municipality adopts a budget that is less than the budget for the preceding fiscal year, the reduction in the budget is due to changes in non-active duty personnel; or

(3)

(3) On page 3, line 9, strike "109.004(2)" and substitute "109.004(3)".
