The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend CSHB 2622 (house committee printing) on page 4, between lines 20 and 21, by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) An individual or entity to whom this section applies may not comply with a court order that would require the individual or entity in any manner to provide assistance to a federal agency or official with respect to the enforcement of a federal statute, order, rule, or regulation described by Subsection (b).
