Amend HB 2926 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 6, and page 4, line 27, between "rights" and the underlined semicolon, insert "and an appeal of the order is not pending".

(2)  Strike "written" in each of the following places it appears:

(A)  On page 2, line 8; and

(B)  On page 5, line 2.
