Amend CSHB 3107 (house committee report) on page 27 by striking lines 3 through 5 and substituting the following:

the application is submitted not later than the date specified in Section 84.007(c) [close of regular business in the clerk's office on the day before the first day of the period for early voting by personal appearance].
