Amend CSHB 3745 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 1, line 17, strike "or".
(2) On page 1, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following:
(4) allows for the unauthorized access to or identification of gift card information, including gift card numbers and gift card personal identification numbers; or
(3) On page 1, line 18, strike "(4)" and substitute "(5)".
