Amend CSHB 4346 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 1, lines 7 through 8, between "FIREARMS" and "PROHIBITED", insert "OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES".
(2) On page 1, line 8, strike ", "firearm"" and substitute the following:
