Amend HB 4420 on third reading as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 2, Subsection (b), insert the following appropriately numbered subdivision:

(____)  the estimated cost of change orders for the project if the project is completed using a public-private partnership contract.

(2)  Renumber any subsequent subdivisions as appropriate.
