Amend CSSB 1 (house committee report) in Part 4, Article IX, by adding the following appropriately numbered section:

Sec. 4.____.  Grants to Certain Business Entities. Funds appropriated by this Act to a state agency may not be expended in the form of a grant to a business entity unless the terms of the grant require the business entity receiving the funds under the grant to certify that the business entity has not publicly opposed any legislation filed in this or another state in 2020 or 2021 related to election integrity.
