Amend CSSB 1 (house committee report) in Article II of the bill, following the appropriations to the Health and Human Services Commission (page II-36), by adding the following appropriately numbered rider and renumbering subsequent riders accordingly:

____.  Recovery-Focused Clubhouses. Out of the funds appropriated above to the Health and Human Services Commission in Strategy D.2.1, Community Mental Health Services for Adults, the commission shall allocate $1,225,000 each fiscal year of the state fiscal biennium ending August 31, 2023, for recovery-focused clubhouses.
