Amend CSSB 1 as follows:

(1)  In Article II of the bill, to the bill pattern of the Health and Human Services Commission, add the following new rider:

____.  Prioritization of Federal State Fiscal Relief Funds. On certification of Federal State Fiscal Relief Funds designated for Texas by the American Rescue Act Plan of 2021, priority shall be given to providing salary adjustments for health care providers serving clients in long-term care, rehabilitation, state-supported living centers, hospitals, and any other state-related facility providing in patient health care services.
