Amend CSSB 29 (senate committee printing) in SECTION 1 of the bill, after added Section 33.0832(c), Education Code (page 1, between lines 47 and 48), by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(_) An employee of a school district or open-enrollment charter school is not personally liable for any act or omission taken by the employee to comply with or enforce, or to refuse or fail to comply with or enforce, any requirements under this section and any rules adopted under this section.
