Amend SB 281 on third reading, immediately following the last sentence of added Article 38.24(c), Code of Criminal Procedure, by inserting the following:
Notwithstanding Article 38.23, this article does not affect the admissibility of any physical evidence, or the testimony of any witness identified, that corroborates the crime.
