Amend CSSB 598 (senate committee printing) in SECTION 2 of the bill, adding Section 129.003, Election Code, as follows:
(1) Strike "or" (page 2, line 48).
(2) Insert the following (page 2, between lines 48 and 49):
(2) for an election contest under Title 14; or
(3) Strike "(2)" and substitute "(3)" (page 2, line 49).
