Amend CSSB 1258 (senate committee printing) as follows:
(1) Strike SECTION 1 of the bill (page 1, lines 26 through 54).
(2) In SECTION 5 of the bill (page 3, line 32), strike "Subchapter D, Chapter 66, Education Code, or".
(3) Renumber the SECTIONS of the bill and cross-references to those SECTIONS accordingly.
