Amend CSSB 1385 (senate committee printing) in SECTION 2 of the bill as follows:

(1)  In added Section 51.9246(g)(2)(A), Education Code (page 2, line 54), between "contract of the institution," and "or a provision of", insert "a policy of the athletic department of the institution,".

(2)  In added Section 51.9246(h), Education Code (page 3, lines 19-20), strike "an institutional contract of the institution, or the honor code" and substitute "a provision of an institutional contract of the institution, a policy of the athletic department of the institution, or a provision of the honor code".
