Amend SB 2011 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1)  In the recital to SECTION 2 of the bill (page 1, line 47), strike "Subsections (c) and (d)" and substitute "Subsection (c)".

(2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, strike amended Section 25.03(d), Penal Code (page 2, lines 12 through 15).
